Marine Life

Marine animals make unpredictable and rewarding subjects, appearing without warning and changing behaviour quickly. For Risso dolphins, I often start early to match the tide and the morning light when they’re most active. Seals surface and disappear in moments, so I’ve learned to watch the water carefully and react fast. This series brings together some of the coastal encounters I’ve had and reflects how I aim to capture marine wildlife in an honest, natural way.
